Please call us toll-free at 1-800-846-7821 to place an order or you may e-mail us at orders@boxinvites.com. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, and personal checks. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of order and the remaining balance is due at time of shipping.

Packaging and Shipping
All BOX Invites™ come beautifully arranged in their own colored giftware box as shown in each photo, however, because the giftware box is not made of sturdy corrugated cardboard, we package them for individual mailing in corrugated shipping boxes. This special packaging is included in the price of the invitation.
At this time, we do not ship directly to your guests. However, at no additional charge, we will supply you with printer friendly mailing labels for your invitations.
Please note that shipping costs are estimates only. There may be additional charges, depending on the weight of your order. If the shipping costs are significantly more than what was originally quoted, we will notify you before we proceed.
All shipping charges are paid for by the customer.

Samples
BOX Invites™ will send a sample at the cost of the individual invitation plus shipping.

Proofs
You will be required to initial a final proof before printing. BOX Invites™ requires that the customer checks the invitation for spelling errors and content. Once you have initialed the proof, we will begin to process your order. If you have a change, and your order has been processed, you will be charged for those materials used, plus any additional materials needed to complete your changed order. Please check your proof carefully before you initial it!

Cancellations
If you decide you would like to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible by calling us at 1-800-846-7821. If your order has been processed, your order cannot be canceled.

Delivery Time
We require 4-6 weeks for delivery, however we will rush orders for an additional 25% rush fee.
